Visa Requirements
Please visit IRCC Website to determine the type of entry requirement required for your visit to Canada. Delegates will be responsible to apply for a visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)
U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents of the U.S. with proper identification do not require a visitor visa.
Visa-exempt foreign nationals must have an eTA to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, and Canadian permanent residents.

Invitation Letter
If you require a visa we strongly advise that after registering for this event you request a “letter of invitation” to the Conference. The letter of invitation will contain information and details necessary for you visa application. The “letter of invitation” will facilitate your entry into Canada and the processing of visa application.
Please note that the "invitation letter" alone does not guarantee issuance of a visa by IRCC. You must meet all other requirements needed to enter Canada. Please visit IRCC website for a list of documents required for your visa application.
Accomodation
- Delegates who will be seeking there own accomodation can do so using any reputable online booking platform. We recommend booking accomodation close to the event location to avoid transportation inconvenience. Attendees can also use a special discount code provided to them after registration to access special rates from hotels in the area.
Travel Options
Delegates can choose to travel by road (if coming from the U.S.) or Air.
