Please note that only registered businesses in their respective countries will be eligible to apply. Applications without proof of business registration or business certication will be rejected.

Registration Policy

The registration is non-transferable. Once a successful registration transaction has been completed, confirmation of registration will be sent via email to the email address provided during registration. For attendess requiring an invitation letter, additional details may be required inorder to generate an invitation letter to be submitted with your visa application. A soft-copy will be sent to the email address of the registrant (if required). Refunds Policy By July 31st 2025: 70% of registration fees After August 1st 2025: No refunds All refunds will be processed and repaid on August 15th, 2025. Please note that travel, visa expenses and accomodation are not included in the registration fee, and are the responsibility of the delegate.
