GENERAL INQUIRIES
When will registration start?
Registrations will start from December 15th 2024 and end on March 15th 2025. Delegates from visa required countries are advised to register as soon as possible to avoid delays with visa processing.
Can I register in-person?
We encourage delegates to register online using the provided links. However, delegates may choose to use the respective contacts listed on the registration page of this website to complete their registration in person.
How much does admission cost?
Full Registration: $2000 (Canadian Dollars)
Booth Space: $400 (Canadian Dollars)

Where can we find parking?
There are multiple parking slots all around the event site to accomodate all guests.
Is there parking for impaired mobility?
Yes
